Not sure what’s been going on this year, with the Autumn colours but around home the trees seem to be popping in colour. Could it be the extended length of time during the summer where saw a reduction in traffic and pollution?
I was even lucky enough to snap the local heron, making good use of a failed branch in one of the local pond, yes the algae is that strong this Autumn.
Whatever it is, I’ve never seen the trees in the local park pop like this, it’s like looking at Canada or New England, with a little tweak in Lightroom everything is coming alive.
October saw the wettest day on record, and the 10ft waterfall looked might impressive with a torrent of water coming over the top, instead of its normal trickle.
